Director, Operations Business Process Long Description
The Business Process Director will lead a team of Business Analysts and Business Process Architects to define, standardize, and continuously improve key operational processes across the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) segment. This includes establishing best practice processes in partnership with the Global Operations team and driving adoption across Production Planning, Purchasing, Material Flow, and Warehousing. The role is responsible for evaluating existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritizing initiatives, gaining alignment across stakeholders, and executing business process transformation projects. Additionally, the this position will lead the HES Master Data Management program, ensuring the data quality needed to support critical business processes and performance requirements. This position reports to the Senior Director of Materials and Supply Chain and works closely with HES Operations, Brand Management, site-level leadership, and Customer Service to drive standardization and operational excellence.
