Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Division of Allergy and Immunology in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor. Responsibilities include helping to advance the clinical, research, and teaching mission of the Allergy and Immunology Division as part of Northwestern Medicine. Clinical activities include attending on the general Allergy and Immunology clinics, consults and calls, and participation in educational activities in the division. A strong interest and/or experience in relevant research areas including, but not limited to, clinical outcomes research, clinical epidemiology, bioinformatics, or implementation research is desirable. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in Allergy and Immunology, have completed an ACGME-accredited Allergy and Immunology fellowship program, hold board-certification in Allergy and Immunology, and have a strong and/or developing record of peer-reviewed publications that demonstrate research productivity and the ability or potential to obtain extramural funding support. In addition to research skills as noted, the successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership, mentorship and training as appropriate to medical students, residents, fellowship trainees and/or graduate students. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled. The expected base pay range for this position is $230,000.00-$280,000.00. Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
