Job Description:

About the Team

Crowe's NetSuite Sales Team helps organizations modernize their financial and operational systems through the NetSuite cloud ERP platform. The team works closely with Oracle NetSuite, alliance partners, and Crowe's consulting specialists to identify transformation opportunities, guide clients through ERP evaluation and selection, and deliver solutions that support growth, efficiency, and scalability. Sales professionals collaborate across business development, solution consulting, and delivery teams to develop pipeline, lead consultative sales cycles, and position both NetSuite software and Crowe's implementation and advisory services. Through direct client engagement and strategic partnerships within the NetSuite ecosystem, the team primarily serves mid-market and private equity-backed companies across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, technology, and professional services.

About the Role

The NetSuite Solution Provider Sales Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition by selling NetSuite cloud ERP licenses along with Crowe's implementation and advisory services. This role leads consultative sales cycles with mid-market organizations seeking to modernize their financial and operational systems, guiding prospects from initial discovery through solution positioning and deal closure. The Solution Provider Sales Manager works closely with Crowe solution consultants, and delivery teams to develop tailored ERP solutions that align with client business objectives. Success in this role requires strong enterprise SaaS sales experience, the ability to navigate complex buying processes, and a proven track record of generating and closing software and services revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for NetSuite cloud ERP licenses and Crowe's implementation and advisory services within targeted industries and mid-market organizations.

  • Lead consultative sales engagements with prospective clients, conducting discovery to understand financial, operational, and technology challenges and positioning NetSuite solutions that support business transformation.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospect engagement through solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Oracle NetSuite Solution Provider program, including partner requirements and tier criteria, and support efforts that help Crowe maintain and advance its NetSuite Solution Provider partner status.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, industry networking, marketing initiatives, and partner referrals.

  • Expand revenue opportunities within existing client relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional NetSuite modules, optimization services, and managed services.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity tracking within the firm's CRM system to support sales planning and revenue reporting.

  • Represent Crowe in the marketplace through industry events, webinars, and networking activities, while maintaining strong knowledge of NetSuite solutions and the broader ERP market landscape.

  • Collaborate with marketing, alliance, and consulting teams to support campaigns, client events, and thought leadership initiatives that generate market awareness and new business opportunities.

  • Drive achievement of individual sales and revenue targets by developing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and advancing deals through the sales process to successful closure.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software sales, ERP sales, or consulting services sales.

  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle consultative sales engagements, from prospect identification and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Experience selling NetSuite cloud ERP licenses and related consulting or implementation services.

  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close net-new business opportunities within mid-market or enterprise organizations.

  • Persuasive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with solution consultants, presales architects, and delivery teams to develop solution strategies and support complex sales pursuits.

  • Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, including experience tracking opportunities and maintaining accurate sales forecasts within a CRM system.

  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support client meetings, sales pursuits, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • Experience selling cloud ERP, enterprise SaaS, or business applications, ideally within NetSuite, Oracle, or broader ERP ecosystem.

  • Familiarity with NetSuite solutions and the broader ERP competitive landscape, including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or similar solutions.

  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies or high-growth organizations undergoing finance or operational transformation.

  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar consultative sales frameworks.
