Coordinator, People Team (People Administrator)

Primary responsibility is addressing all direct-hire craft recruiting needs for the assigned locations in addition to general HR duties supporting these sites. Interacts with site leadership and operations management to ensure coordination of HR activities, adherence to policies and procedures as well as insuring sound HR practice within the region.

Role Responsibilities:

* Develop and articulate project staffing plans to source, recruit, hire and retain the required numbers of personnel for project execution.

* Provides site and operations management with candidate listings and nominations of candidates for project assignments

* Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

* Utilize Worley applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards, texting system) to reach a qualified applicant pool.

* Maintains close contact with site leadership and manages strict compliance with wage and hour, AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules and regulations

Basic Qualifications:

* 1+ years of administration experience

* Experience with maintaining benefits, conducting new hire processing, or knowledge of general employment laws

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited four-year college or university

* 1+ years of experience in Human Resources

* 1+ years of experience with HR information systems

* 1+ years of experience in the construction, maintenance, and/or turnaround industries

* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure

* Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population and all levels of management

* Desire to work in a collaborative team environment

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
