Description and Requirements We are seeking a motivated college summer intern to support project management and business operations through portfolio data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role offers hands-on experience applying analytical and AI-assisted techniques to identify gaps, surface insights, and support recommendations for operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and validate portfolio and project status data Support status reporting by identifying misalignments, risks, and trends Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., data analysis, summarization, or automation features) to enhance insights and efficiency Analyze data to identify operational pain points and improvement opportunities Assist in developing recommendations for process, reporting, or tooling enhancements Prepare summaries, dashboards, and presentation materials for stakeholders Skills & Experience (includes, but not limited to) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with AI tools or platforms (e.g., generative AI, data analytics, automation, or AI-assisted reporting) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or similar tools) Ability to synthesize data and AI-generated outputs into clear, actionable insights Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a professional environment Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or a related field Interest in project management, business operations, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions Hands-on experience through coursework, projects, internships, or personal initiatives involving data or AI tools Curiosity about how AI can improve business processes and decision-making Initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams This internship provides meaningful exposure to project and portfolio management while building practical experience using AI to support business insights and operational excellence.
