And much more! Summary: We're looking for a hands-on Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication department and help keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy working with tools, machinery, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and grow your skills. What You'll Do: Assist machine operators with daily fabrication tasks Load/unload parts from lasers, pallets, conveyors, and trucks Deburr parts, apply rust prevention, and load parts into tumblers Drill, tap, ream, and assemble components per specifications Help test completed products Keep your work area clean and organized Other duties may be assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-3 months of manufacturing or fabrication experience (or willingness to learn) Ability to read simple instructions and follow procedures Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Physical Requirements Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (up to 80 lbs occasionally) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Work Environment Exposure to moving machinery and airborne particles Moderate noise level Apply today to start your career in fabrication!
