Summary:

We're looking for a hands-on Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication department and help keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy working with tools, machinery, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and grow your skills.
What You'll Do:


  • Assist machine operators with daily fabrication tasks
  • Load/unload parts from lasers, pallets, conveyors, and trucks
  • Deburr parts, apply rust prevention, and load parts into tumblers
  • Drill, tap, ream, and assemble components per specifications
  • Help test completed products
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Other duties may be assigned


Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 months of manufacturing or fabrication experience (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to read simple instructions and follow procedures
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills


Physical Requirements


  • Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (up to 80 lbs occasionally)
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  • Work Environment
  • Exposure to moving machinery and airborne particles
  • Moderate noise level
