Our client is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team. The primary focus of this role is outbound cold calling, prospecting, and appointment setting. This individual will engage with government and municipal buyers, introducing company solutions and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with outbound sales, and skilled at building professional relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the field sales team
  • Build relationships with government and municipal decision-makers
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach and activity in Monday.com
  • Collaborate with internal sales representatives to support the sales process
  • Represent the organization professionally when speaking with prospective clients
