Responsibilities As the Data Analyst, you will report to the Director of Market Insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven decision-making and provide valuable insights into the organization's performance. Your analytical skills will be critical in optimizing business processes, identifying opportunities, and supporting key initiatives. The role requires a solid understanding of data analysis methodologies, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to key stakeholders. Gather and analyze large sets of external and internal data to draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations regarding a variety of Donor Engagement and B&LO efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing campaigns, market expansion opportunities, reviewing data from external vendors and partners, as well as growth endeavors and donor segmentation data. Additionally, you may support social media analytics, donor loyalty rewards optimization efforts, and diverse optimization projects. Use various predictive analytics techniques to analyze current and historical data to forecast future performance by identifying patterns and trends in the data. Provide ideas and recommendations to organizational leaders regarding opportunities and areas of improvement. Candidates must be able to report into one of the following NYBCe locations: New York City, NY; Kansas City, Missouri; St. Paul, Minnesota; Providence , RI and Newark, DE. For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $80,000.00p/yr. to $90,000.00p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
