Position Summary:

There are 2800+ dealers enrolled in ARO. The ARO Dealer Advisor - D2D Specialist offers frontline support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in the Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program while owning specialized responsibilities tied to D2D (dealer to dealer) orders. The ARO Dealer Advisor provides direct support to Stellantis dealers enrolled in Mopar's Automatic Replenishment Order (ARO) program. This role is responsible for assisting dealers with Best Stocking Level (BSL) approvals, understanding ARO order logic, improving Off-Shelf-Fill (OSF), and maintaining overall compliance with ARO system requirements. Advisors help optimize dealer inventory, troubleshoot ARO behaviors, and serve as the primary resource for ARO-related guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

ARO Dealer Support:



  • Provide daily support to dealers regarding ARO navigation, BSL approvals, order generation behavior, and OSF improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot ARO system behaviors and assist dealers in understanding stocking logic and replenishment routines.
  • Support ongoing dealer engagement and performance improvement.



D2D Specialization:



  • This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert for all Dealer-to-Dealer (D2D) programs including Backorder, Obsolete, and Guaranteed.
  • D2D dealer enrollment, ensuring new dealerships are successfully activated on the Mopar D2D programs, and validating proper UPS set-up requirements.
  • D2D invoicing research and resolution, parts exchange facilitation, referral logic support, and shipping mode troubleshooting (UPS/DDS/Local).
  • Partner with DSP teams, ICT, Product, Operations, and internal RIM groups to resolve D2D system issues.
  • Support the D2D resolver group inbox

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of previous experience in Supply Chain or related area.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret inventory, demand, and order data.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite applications.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Prior experience with ARO, DSP integration, DealerConnect.
  • Familiarity with 5300 data flows (Inventory & Sales files).
  • Experience working with cross functional teams such as ICT, PDC Ops, or Business Centers.
