Position title: Beyster Executive in Residence Salary range:
A reasonable salary range estimate for this position is $150K -$200K. The posted UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment. See Table 36 for the salary scale for this position: Acad Coord II, Acad Coord III. "Off-scale salaries", i.e., a salary that is higher than the published system-wide salary at the designated rank and step, are offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions. The Executive-in-Residence will serve as a practitioner-educator, bridging UC San Diego with regional, national, and global business communities to advance understanding, adoption and practice of employee ownership models, including ESOPs, cooperatives, and alternative equity structures.
