Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Furnace Engineer for our client in Hopewell Junction, NY. Salary: $114,000 - $193,700 + bonus Type: Direct Hire Location: Fully onsite Relocation: Available Benefits: Comprehensive package Key Responsibilities Own furnace processes and support ASM, TEL, and Bruce equipment performance Drive process and equipment improvements to increase yield, throughput, and cost efficiency Design, execute, and document experiments using sound engineering methods Troubleshoot and resolve complex, time-sensitive production issues Utilize data analysis and SPC techniques to guide decisions Support daily lot disposition and process control in furnace operations Identify and resolve tool performance shifts Contribute to sustaining efforts, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives About Acara Solutions Acara is a premier provider of recruiting and workforce solutions-we help companies compete for talent. Job Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field Minimum 7 years of semiconductor processing experience or similar Experience with furnace processes (ASM, TEL, and/or Bruce equipment) Strong data analysis skills (Excel or JMP; pivots, formulas, charts) Experience working cross-functionally to meet production goals Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) Strong communication skills with ability to present technical information Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or related field Experience with FMEA or risk analysis methodologies After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
