Farm Family Territory Leader

Develop the territory. Grow the network. Help shape what comes next.

Farm Family is expanding its independent agency distribution strategy. We're looking for experienced commercial P&C distribution professionals to develop agency partnerships, prospect new opportunities and drive profitable territory growth.

States listed for these opportunities: TX, NE, {CA, NV} {ID, MT} {IL, IN, OH} {AL, UT} {KS, AR} {MO and OK}

You'll bring: Independent agency distribution experience, strong commercial P&C knowledge, and a track record of prospecting, developing and appointing agency partners. An established agency network, farm/ranch or agribusiness experience, and CIC, CLCS or AFIS designations will set you apart.

The opportunity includes:

• Work from home when not traveling; travel up to 50%.
• Sales Incentive Program: 25% at Target.
• 401K and company match, plus Health, Dental, and Vision benefits.
