The salary for this position is $265,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation is prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. As a Nocturnist, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive, compassionate care to hospitalized patients during evening and overnight hours. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient coverage, including admissions, cross-coverage, and acute care management. Participate in quality and safety initiatives to drive clinical excellence. Work with a dynamic team in a collegial environment that values respect, kindness, and teamwork. Opportunity to mentor and teach Internal Medicine residents affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine.
