Lead Representative, Service Training - Lincoln, NE

This position is responsible for facilitating classroom training for the department using comprehensive knowledge of company products and processes. The incumbent works independently to evaluate trainee performance and provide performance coaching during the training period.
Location:
* This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.
What you do:
* Conducts new hire classroom training to achieve trainee system, product, and process proficiency.
* Evaluates trainee performance, provide coaching, and recommend performance improvement goals.
* Maintains system, product, and department operations knowledge.
* Leads resolution of system issues that affect training.
* Assists with creating training material, training aides, and training binders.
What you bring:
* H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
* 4-7 years of relevant experience is required.
* Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
