Origination and Execution Banker VP/Director ABS Primary Desk - Mortgage and Real Estate Finance New York Business/Role Specific Description Deutsche Bank's Structured Credit group is looking for a VP/Director to join the financial engineering team in New York, NY. The candidate must possess creativity and technical expertise within quantitative methods and analytical finance with a specific focus on residential mortgage and real estate modeling. The candidate must have expertise in utilizing quantitative techniques in collateral analysis, securitization, and structural analysis - across multiple asset classes, investor preferences and issuer requirements. The individual must be able to operate independently as well as have the ability to work effectively within a team. Your Role

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is 180,000 - 250,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
