Director, AI & Engineering Development(Onsite) Overland Park, KS

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership roles with increasing scope and accountability.
• Strong foundation as a software engineer, technical lead, architect, or engineering leader with demonstrated ability to guide architecture and engineering execution.
• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, or data-driven systems into production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, distributed systems, API/integration patterns, AI/ML platforms, MLOps, DevOps, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and partner across engineering, product, data, clinical, compliance, security, and business teams.
• Experience working in regulated industries; healthcare technology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, people leadership, technical judgment, execution discipline, and stakeholder management skills.

• Background building or scaling AI-enabled capabilities within enterprise software products.
• Experience modernizing engineering practices, improving platform scalability, or establishing reusable architecture patterns.
• Demonstrated passion for the future of AI in healthcare technology and the ability to balance innovation with responsible implementation.
