Position Title: Translator - English/Spanish
Wage: $17/hour Shift: B/C Hours: 7pm-7:30am, On 2 off 3 rotating Now hiring a Bilingual Production Associate - be the voice that keeps production moving! This is an associate to hire opportunity. Translator - English/Spanish Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Provide on-the-floor Spanish/English translation support for Spanish-speaking employees, assisting with safety communication, work instructions, training clarification, and supervisor direction - Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and OSHA standards at all times - Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production schedules and performance goals - Trim flash, sprues, oil, and grease from molded parts; apply labels as required - Operate secondary equipment including hot stamp machines, routers, and pin machines - Assemble parts for multiple production lines using knives and small hand torches to remove excess plastic - Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards and ensure efficient workflow - Perform relief duties and cross-train in other production areas as needed Translator - English/Spanish Requirements: - Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for up to 12-hour shifts in a hot warehouse environment - Frequently lift up to 60 pounds - Perform repetitive physical tasks including stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting, and crouching - Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) - Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing environment - Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset - Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
