CAS is currently seeking a full-time Administration Intern for Summer 2026 in the Administration Division. This position would be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. The internship will run from May 19th, 2026, to August 8th, 2026.

Position Summary:

CAS is currently seeking an Administration intern for Summer 2026. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Our Summer Intern Program aims to foster high levels of engagement and learning among participants through in-depth immersion in our working environment with our professional teams. Participants will benefit from exposure to a variety of state-of-the-art software technologies and practices, while also expanding their professional network with CAS staff and fellow interns. These connections offer valuable insights into potential career opportunities. The Internship will run from May 18, 2026, to August 7th, 2026.

Job Accountabilities:



  • Content Creation - Assist in delivering compelling, strategic business documentation to convey organizational strategy across key initiatives, e.g., CAS expertise in content and knowledge management, AI and advanced technologies, and scientific domain expansion.
  • Program Management - Engage in cross-functional strategic planning and execution, guiding collaborative program design, direction, documentation, and metrics.
  • Communications - Support executive communications, sharing impactful information that contributes to a vibrant and healthy culture.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline, with preference given to a focus in scientific discipline(s).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of business management principles
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn from data
  • Professional skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience leveraging AI and advanced technologies to drive business impact
