**THIS POSITION IS NOT AN ACCOUNTING POSITION**This position is going to be for a Will Call Associate for Tuesday - Saturday (Half day Saturdays)Job Title?: Accounting Associate IPay Rate?$19.00Begin each morning by organizing invoices in alphabetical order by customer.Work closely with internal teams and assist customers in the Will Call area, including those who arrive without having placed an order.Accurately read and interpret invoices and learn to navigate the company's inventory control system.Perform routine and repetitive clerical tasks such as filing letters, memoranda, invoices, and other documents according to an established filing system.Retrieve documents, data, or correspondence in a timely manner when requested.Manually process occasional same?day or urgent customer orders using the inventory system.Support order fulfillment by managing processed customer orders and batching orders for selectors to pick.ADDITIONAL NOTESThis position is highly structured, repetitive, and process?driven. Strong attention to detail, comfort with customer interaction, and the ability to learn internal systems are essential for success. Plus, if the candidate has a background in distribution.Customer relationship history would be good to have because they will be dealing with customer that could be upset.0-3 years of related experience; this is an entry?level position.High school diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a clerical or administrative field.Ability to follow detailed instructions and established guidelines.Works under direct supervision; role does not typically require independent decision?making.Reports to a supervisor or manager.
