Your Tasks

  • Manage employment contracts, employee documentation, personnel changes, and separations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employees regarding People processes, documentation, and HR inquiries, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
  • Support data maintenance in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ADP), including data changes, payroll-related updates, and compliance audits.
  • Prepare and maintain People data reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and supporting internal and global information requests.
  • Coordinate onboarding and lifecycle administration in collaboration with local and international People teams.
  • Support compliance activities, including employment verification, I9 documentation, benefits enrollment cycles, and mandatory federal reports (EEO1, VETS, AAP).
  • Contribute to process improvements through workflow optimization, documentation, and operational enhancement initiatives.


Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations or People administration.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. HR regulations (e.g., EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA).
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors and ADP.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attentiontodetail skills.

  • Takes ownership and accountability for tasks, ensuring followthrough and timely completion.


  • Works effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment.

  • Preferred:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
    • Experience in multinational HR environments.
    • Familiarity with global mobility and immigration workflows.

Additional Information

  • The anticipated hourly base pay range for this full-time position is $31.25/hour- $36.06/hour. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
