This position is responsible for leading the lane that oversees all provider credentialing and peer review functions for DaVita. This individual will manage a team of credentialing and peer review specialists, set strategic goals for the lane, and ensure the efficient and compliant operation of all credentialing and peer review processes. They will serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with Village leadership and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk, drive process improvements, and uphold the quality and safety standards of patient care across the Village.
