The Wisconsin Northern and Central (WiNC) GME Consortium is a non-profit, mission-driven, regionally governed collaboration serving as the ACGME Sponsoring Institution for rural primary care residency programs across northern Wisconsin. We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Director to lead our organization into its next phase of growth. Key Responsibilities * Provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight for the WiNC GME Consortium * Supervise staff and ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention * Develop and manage the annual budget, grants, and funding opportunities * Support and collaborate with the Board of Directors, DIO, and GMEC * Ensure legal, regulatory, and ACGME compliance * Lead strategic planning, innovation, and technology initiatives * Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, medical schools, and community partners Position Requirements * MD, PhD, or master's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience) * Five or more years of experience in graduate medical education or healthcare leadership preferred * Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills * Strong communication, negotiation, and collaborative abilities * Attend weekly in person meetings in Wausau, WI Community
