Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and help to maintain clear access control. You will remain visible, document and communicate security-related observations, and deliver helpful customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter fencing; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and authorized entry for employees, contractors, and visitors; verify identification and/or credentials per site procedures and document entries as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; provide clear direction, request assistance when needed, and complete required notifications.
• Observe and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations; complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and other documentation using required systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• Lift More Than 20 lbs - preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience - preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
