Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: The Senior Process Development Engineer is responsible for owning and improving multiple processes and tools within the Probe head product line. This includes solder paste dispensing, component placement tools, cleaning tools, bake/reflow ovens, and solder sphere placement processes. The role focuses on sustaining and enhancing existing processes, developing new automated repair tools, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce costs, and increase yield. This position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional efforts with equipment and material vendors to meet manufacturing and technology roadmap requirements. Pay may vary in other locations.
