What to Expect We're seeking a hands-on engineer that's passionate about designing and refining systems for the Semi, enabling product improvements across the vehicle combination. Working directly on the Semi Engineering team and alongside mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, this role will own development of cross-functional features that will enable customers to realize the lowest total cost of ownership, enable autonomous operations, and expand the Semi's market reach. What You'll Do Lead across-functional group of engineers todesign and integrate multi-system solutions for the Semiand associated trailers Coordinate cross-disciplinary efforts to ensure seamless interaction between mechanical, electrical, and software systems Define specifications and requirements for relevant systems Build and test prototypestovalidateperformanceof solutions Build and test prototypes tovalidatedesigns and evaluate potential new products, applications, and duty cycles Collaborate withmechanical,electrical,and software engineers What You'll Bring Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or SoftwareEngineering, or equivalent experience Experience in mechanical, electrical, or softwaredesign, preferably in automotive, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
