Join us as a Program Manager, Operational Excellence - AI Days to provide senior-level operational leadership for Dell Technologies' AI Days program within the Executive Briefing Program (EBP). This role focuses on program automation, process optimization, and executive-ready insights, enabling AI Days to scale with consistency, efficiency, and measurable business impact within a clearly scoped 20-hour work week.

As a senior individual contributor, you will define the AI Days operating model, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and establish durable systems that support predictable execution and data-driven decision-making.

WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE As the I8 Operational Lead for AI Days, you will strengthen the program's execution foundation by standardizing processes, automating repeatable workflows, and delivering clear operational and performance insights to leadership.

You will reduce execution friction across planning, delivery, and follow-up, improve visibility into program performance, and enable leaders to make informed decisions that support growth and sales alignment.

YOU WILL

Own operational excellence for AI Days Program

Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for automation, process optimization, and operational maturity.

Lead enterprise-scale program automation

Architect and implement automation across key workflows (intake, execution, follow-up, reporting), reducing manual effort and enabling scalable execution.

Design and optimize end-to-end operating models

Assess current-state processes, identify root causes of inefficiency, and establish standardized, repeatable operating models across regions and teams.

Deliver executive-ready data insights

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that provide EBP leadership with clear visibility into program health, performance, and impact.

Establish governance, standards, and documentation

Create SOPs, playbooks, templates, and governance artifacts that institutionalize best practices and ensure consistency.

*

Influence senior stakeholders without authority

Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, operations, and analytics to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained change.

Drive continuous improvement at scale

Use insights, feedback loops, and business outcomes to refine processes and elevate operational maturity over time.
