This individual contributor role is responsible for completing a variety of warehouse duties while also safely driving company trucks to local designated sprayer order locations.


What You'll Do:

  • Safely operate a forklift, centering loads, maintaining visibility, and following work area speed limits.
  • Regularly load and/or assist in loading trailers with materials, following prescribed weight distributions and capacity limits.
  • Correctly pick orders to build pallets for delivery.
  • Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
  • Obtain receipts and signatures as required.
  • Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Follow freight handling specifications.
  • Actively follow safety procedures for different types of equipment, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Accurately count products to maintain up-to-date inventory records and report any discrepancies to the assigned leader in a timely manner.
  • Store equipment in designated areas at the end of each shift and take appropriate steps to prepare equipment for next-day operations.
  • Prepare shipping papers and delivery tickets for company deliveries and outbound LTL shipments.
  • Schedule LTL carrier pickups as needed.
  • Correctly match purchase orders or product requests with inbound shipments and receive new product into inventory.
  • Correctly match customer orders to delivery tickets.
  • Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Hazmat and tanker endorsement required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and medical requirements.
  • Skilled in documenting mileage and service hours in accordance with DOT log regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conducting vehicle inspections.
  • An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions.
  • Ability to follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish.
  • Accountability to the team with dependable attendance and completion of workload responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail when completing paperwork for inventory check-ins and check-outs.
  • Collaborative approach with team members in completing daily warehouse housekeeping tasks.
  • Ability to move 50-60 pounds and frequently stoop and bend at the knees.
  • Previous experience with SAP software is a bonus but not required.
