This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of specified operations and managing both short-term and long-term strategies. Works closely with the senior executive team and Board of Directors to develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's success. Responsible for effectively managing finances, developing budgets, and managing personnel. This role is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and government agencies. Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations and patient satisfaction.
Essential Functions Financial - Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and take corrective action as needed. People and Culture - Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. -Manage staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and patient flow. Quality and Safety -Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care. -Research and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. -Work closely with the medical director to ensure quality patient care. Organizational Strategy and Performance -Develop and implement strategies to improve the health plan's performance. -Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations -Collaborate with other healthcare organizations, government agencies, and community partners. Growth - Establish goals and relationships for organization revenue growth. Service -Establish protocols for high-quality patient and customer services and holds team accountable to related outcomes.
