Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Architect Success: Analyze unique customer business goals to design and deploy software solutions that drive full adoption of the Trimble ConstructionOne suite.

  • Lead Digital Transformation: Deliver high-impact consulting services, including business process reviews, strategic planning, and readiness assessments.

  • Empower Users: Facilitate expert-level software application training that turns complex data into actionable insights for our clients.

  • Build Lasting Partnerships: Act as the vital liaison between Trimble and our customers, fostering deep relationships and ensuring every client is delighted with their journey.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • ERP Expertise: You possess hands-on, technical experience with ERP, construction, or accounting software.

  • Proven Consultant: You bring a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of software consulting experience within the construction or accounting software industries.

  • Project Leadership: You are a natural at requirements gathering, negotiating, and managing the change process for complex software implementations.

  • Customer Advocate: You have a strong initiative and a customer-service orientation, with the ability to master training and presentation skills quickly.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience with the TrimbleOne product suite: Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum, or ProjectSight

  • Advanced knowledge of construction project management or specialized accounting workflows.

  • Prior experience managing 3-5 day on-site client engagements across North America.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
