Job Title Procurement Systems Analyst Position Summary The Procurement Systems Analyst will provide hands-on support during ERP testing, migration, training, and post-go-live stabilization activities. This role works closely with business stakeholders and the Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure a smooth system transition and effective user adoption during the OneERP program. Responsibilities Assist with load file verifications for SIT1, SIT2, and UAT testing cycles Support supplier change verification activities, as required Assist with purchase order (PO) migration reviews and tracking Support the creation and maintenance of training documentation for both Jaggaer and SAP S/4HANA Assist with post-go-live stabilization and hypercare activities, as needed Support office hours and post-go-live training sessions, as required Provide in-office support to answer stakeholder system questions following go-live, as needed Assist the Center of Excellence (COE) with ad-hoc analytics and presentation preparation during periods between OneERP activities Key Skills & Experience Experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
