Overview Under the general supervision of the Manage of Outpatient Physical Medicine, supervises the operational functions of the Outpatient Physical Therapy/Mercy Therapy Services. Duties include preparing budgets and routine financial monitoring and control; personnel management; operational, program, and strategy development; performing objective assessments as well as comprehensive treatment programs for patients according to departmental policies and procedures and standards of care; and promoting continuous quality improvement, education, and a positive atmosphere. Additional duties include maintaining the operational functions of Outpatient Physical Therapy/Mercy Therapy Services. Position Details: Education: Bachelor's in Physical Therapy Licensure: Maintains current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Experience: Certifications: Registered Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist. CPR Certified Other: Preferred Education: Master's or Doctorate degree Preferred Licensure: Preferred Experience: Three years of clinical experience preferred Preferred Certifications: Preferred Other: Why Mercy?
