The Impact You Will Have Blue Cross and Blue Sheild of MN is looking for a Senior Public Relations Specialist to join our team! The Senior Public Relations Specialist will play a key role in managing the organization's media visibility, reputation, and internal communication needs. Leveraging prior agency experience, this individual excels in dynamic, fastmoving environments-bringing structure, strategic thinking, and calm efficiency to complex or chaotic situations while still meeting tight deadlines. This role will lead media monitoring and reporting efforts, tracking where the organization appears in the news and across social platforms, identifying both red flags and positive coverage, and ensuring the right stakeholders are informed. Serving as the primary PR point of contact for various business areas based on organizational needs, the specialist will draft announcements, holding statements, and website language. They will also partner closely with teams such as Provider Relations to support ongoing communications initiatives and strengthen alignment across the organization. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $79,100.00 - $104,800.00 - $130,500.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
