We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead a diverse portfolio of functional and cross-functional improvement programs. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of program intent, overseeing the development of strategic goals, managing deliverables, and meticulously tracking progress to ensure every objective is met. You will empower teams, champion best practices, and contribute significantly to a culture of innovation and excellence within a collaborative environment. **What You'll Do:**
* Provide strategic program leadership for assigned functional and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
* Manage, assess, and meticulously document program improvement efforts and scope utilizing standard methodologies.
* Define comprehensive project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with overarching business objectives, collaborating closely with management and key stakeholders.
* Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project adherence and participant compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Coordinate and facilitate staff training and competency assessments related to program equipment, supplies, and techniques, developing tailored programs and roles as needed.
* Collaborate with various departments to review participant performance reports, providing targeted coaching and training to foster continuous growth.
* Monitor advancements in relevant equipment technology, recommending upgrades or replacements and coordinating equipment trials.
* Engage directly with care areas for consultation, coaching, and promoting program goals to ensure a safe and effective environment, coordinating training and strategy implementation.
* Partner with program champions, vendors, and related departments to develop and disseminate impactful publicity materials.
* Work collaboratively with diverse organizational stakeholders, including various care and support departments, to ensure consistent application of program practices across all groups.
* Serve as an active member of program committees, presenting results to Senior Leadership and addressing program issues in unit-based meetings.
* Maintain comprehensive data related to program implementation and outcomes, including injury expense reduction, and develop quarterly dashboards of key metrics.
* Coordinate all interdisciplinary communication efforts for programs, including the creation of necessary documentation and patient resources.
* Manage program design and structure to align with organizational key initiatives, providing strategic input to leadership regarding business objectives for current and future projects.
* Collaborate with operational leadership to identify and develop departmental leadership needs and internal capacity, facilitating strategic changes in project scope and assignments.
* Coach and mentor departmental staff through change processes and cycles of continuous improvement, fostering a growth mindset.
* Cultivate strong relationships with various departments and professional groups, understanding their workflows and building effective partnerships.
* Prepare and maintain accurate, coherent, timely, and auditable project records and cost estimates in accordance with departmental guidelines. **Must-Have Qualifications:**
* A Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline or field from an accredited college or university.
* Demonstrated ability to act as a thought leader and operational expert within assigned areas.
* Exceptional communication skills, effective at all organizational levels for instructing, persuading, negotiating, conflict resolution, consulting, and advising.
* Proven experience in developing impactful written communications, reports, and summaries.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse groups and individuals at all levels, both internal and external, fostering cooperation.
* Strong capabilities in planning, organizing, motivating, mentoring, directing, and evaluating the work of others.
* A natural ability to influence others and drive positive outcomes.
* Adept at resolving conflicts and negotiating to achieve positive results, with strong interpersonal relationship skills.
* Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, JIT, Six Sigma, and/or Agile/Scrum techniques.
* Proficiency with standard office productivity software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and project management tools.
* Knowledge of principles of business and management strategic planning, leadership development, and education techniques. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $92.29 to $102.54 an hour.
