Description Product Owner - AI, Agentic Systems, and Automation Platforms Who You Are Passionate about AI, Agentic AI systems, and automation, with a strong passion to design solutions that drive measurable business impact. Experienced in CI/CD and DevOps practices across hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem). Outcome-driven, tying initiatives to clear metrics (business value, KPIs, velocity, ROI). A natural connector between business strategy and technical innovation, capable of inspiring engineers and influencing business stakeholders and executives. Collaborative, practical, and able to work with complex systems and high-performing technical teams. Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-changing, high-visibility environments. What You'll Do Define and own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-driven solutions and automation capabilities across the organization. Prioritize and manage a product backlog that balances AI innovation, SDLC efficiency and infrastructure and cloud automation. Translate business strategy and objectives into initiatives, epics, and stories aligned to both business and engineering value. Partner with engineers, IT Teams, and business stakeholders to deliver on strategic initiatives on-time. Drive automation across the SDLC, including build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning. Monitor product and performance using metrics, and make data-informed roadmap adjustments. Stay current on trends in AI, Agentic AI, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure automation to spot opportunities for innovation. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Agile software teams. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and Agentic AI systems. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on-prem automation. Excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences. Data-driven mindset-able to guide prioritization and decisions based on measurable outcomes. High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with AI or Agentic AI products. Experience with CI/CD and automation tooling across cloud and on-prem systems. Exposure to Infrastructure as Code, platform engineering, or hybrid infrastructure automation. Experience with Jira or similar tools. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus.
