ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Federal team. Frequent travel of 50% or more, including overnight stays is required. The Operations Manager is responsible for portfolio management of the activities of direct report Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to ensure all goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished. This individual is also responsible for providing monthly status reports to senior management. Effective installation and project portfolio management, applying technical knowledge expertise, project knowledge, people and communication skills, as well as management talent, in a proactive manner to ensure that our commitments are met on time, within budget, and at the quality expected by internal and external customer(s).
