Get to Know Your Team:

  • Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
  • Direct oversite of Hillcrest Medical Center's cardiovascular strategy as it relates to heart hospital and outpatient clinic operations
  • Perform direct supervision of assigned direct reports and activities
  • Monitor and assume responsibility for patient flow and staff communication with patients between service areas
  • Continually monitor patient satisfaction and actively seeks ways to improve patient/customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, financial performance, and Ardent Health policies
  • Develop and implement annual strategic plan that will contribute to the goals and financial success of the organization
  • Plans and develops annual budgets, long and short-term goals and objectives for the cardiology service line.
  • Create and Maintain physician relations for purposes of growing and maintaining business
  • Actively survey Cardiology industry movement/trends and the impact of the direction of the service line
  • Serve as a liaison between Administration and Physicians.
  • Communicating the needs, goals and strategies of the organization
  • Establish effective strategies for service line with the goal of increasing market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing in efforts to increase market share through marketing material

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in clinical operations required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration, or applicable clinical area required

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 7 years cardiovascular operations preferred
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) preferred
