Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the President/CEO ("EA") provides executive administrative support to the President/CEO and the Boards of Trustees of the System, Medical Center, Foundation, Home Health, Health Plan, Indemnity Company, and Child Study Center.

The EA is a trusted advisor who fosters and sustains positive relationships with the Board of Trustees, leadership teams, Medical Staff, Department Leaders, and other stakeholders offering deep expertise and objective guidance to help achieve goals and navigate complex situations. The EA operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude in overseeing all aspects of work, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

Supervises the clerical staff in the Office of the President.

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supporting C-Suite executives and executive administrative board responsibilities.

Education

  • Associate's degree is preferred.
