Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Training: Day shift training for approximately 3-5 weeks

What You'll Do

• Fabricate Plexiglas screens by cutting, sanding, and buffing parts to customer specifications
• Assemble framed screens and components according to drawings, SOPs, and customer requirements
• Cut, assemble, and disassemble extrusion while closely monitoring tolerances for proper fit
• Perform quality inspections throughout each stage of the assembly process and escalate concerns as needed
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
• Follow testing procedures to validate finished parts
• Mix chemicals, apply coatings, operate saws, and build shipping crates as required
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation in alignment with 7S standards
• Support safety initiatives by identifying and reporting workplace hazards
• Assist other manufacturing areas and perform additional duties as business needs require

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical or fabrication experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or production environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and precision
• Comfort working with tools, coatings, inspection processes, and fabrication materials
• Willingness to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
