Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

On-Call: Weekend rotation required

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
• Perform make-ready work on vacant apartment units to prepare for new residents
• Handle work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of common areas and grounds
• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies during scheduled on-call rotations
• Track maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory accurately
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or apartment communities
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a working knowledge of building systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks
• Valid driver's license and ability to supply basic personal tools
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
