Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay: $32 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Friday + OT as required

Key Duties:

Shipping Document Retrieval & Verification

• Locate, review, and compile shipping documents to support AR reconciliation
• Validate shipment data against customer and billing requirements
• Identify and confirm correct ASN numbers for current and historical shipments
• Support shipping teams with proper documentation and shipment confirmation processes

Accounts Receivable Support

• Assist AR in resolving shipment-related discrepancies impacting invoicing and collections
• Maintain detailed records of corrective actions and resolution steps
• Escalate missing, incomplete, or unclear shipping information to appropriate factory or operations contacts
• Request and follow up on shipment confirmations

Shipping & Logistics Team Collaboration

• Assist in training shipping team members on correct shipping documentation practices
• Verify that all shipping documents are scanned and stored in shared drives per process requirements
• Request and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation as needed

Requirements:

Education

• High school diploma required
• Some college coursework preferred

Experience

• Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, AR support, or EDI processing preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as JD Edwards (JDE) strongly preferred
• Experience working with ASN, EDI transactions, or shipping confirmations is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Basic understanding of EDI systems or willingness to learn
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
