Shift: 5:30 AM - 4 PM, Mon-Thurs

This is what it takes to work for us.

• Minimum 3 years of experience using fabrication equipment in sheet steel forming
• Strong experience operating fabrication tools such as drills, shears, presses, and precision measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Working knowledge of welding fixtures
• Ability to set up equipment accurately for operation
• Experience operating forklifts
• Strong math skills
• High attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate parts using plate rolls, press brakes, iron workers, shears, and other fabrication equipment
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Follow established fabrication procedures and maintain accurate production records
• Monitor raw steel inventory levels
• Maintain fabrication equipment in proper operating condition
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, trailers, and other material handling equipment as required
• Perform quality checks and verify machine parameters
• Work at a fast pace to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
