Creative Project Manager 1 Year Contract Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home Location: Mettawa, IL. which is right between Lake Forest and Buffalo Grove. Our Global Pharmaceutical client is seeking multiple Creative Project Managers with recent advertising agency experience to support high-volume pharmaceutical campaigns geared towards patients and healthcare professionals (HCP). This role partners closely with an Account Manager and is responsible for keeping multiple projects on track through strong timeline management, organization, and proactive communication. What You'll Do Manage 40-60 projects at a time across print and digital Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines and deliverables Track project status, flag risks, and keep teams aligned Run status meetings, capture notes, and distribute action items Manage internal routing and approvals (Kantata/Mavenlink, Workfront) Prepare and manage submissions through Veeva PromoMats (MLR) Coordinate with creative, studio, and external vendors Track time, assist with estimates, and support billing Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1-4 years of advertising agency experience (within last 2-3 years) At least 1 year of pharma marketing experience within an agency Strong experience managing multiple projects in various stages Working knowledge of Smartsheets or similar Excellent timeline management and attention to detail Proactive, problem-solving mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills Client-service-oriented work style Digital People is proud to offer major medical, dental, visin and 401K benefits! #LI-SS2 #LI-HYBRID The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
