ERP Administrator / NetSuite Systems Lead

Role Overview
Serve as the internal owner and strategic lead for NetSuite and related business systems. This hands-on role is responsible for system optimization, integrations, reporting, and user enablement, while partnering closely with accounting and operations to scale processes and improve system adoption. The position operates with high autonomy in a small, fast-moving environment and plays a critical role in enterprise system maturity.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Ownership & Optimization

  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for NetSuite administration and functionality

  • Own system configuration, workflows, reporting, and ongoing enhancements

  • Identify and implement opportunities to expand NetSuite usage beyond current capabilities

  • Partner with accounting and operations to optimize end-to-end business processes

Integrations & Systems Management

  • Own and manage NetSuite integrations using REST, SOAP, and iPaaS solutions

  • Administer integrations with CRM, payroll, and payment processing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Paylocity, credit card platforms)

  • Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for integrations and native NetSuite functionality

  • Lead technical requirements gathering and integration strategy

New System Implementation & Expansion

  • Lead implementation and ownership of asset management systems

  • Transition operational processes from spreadsheets and task management tools into NetSuite

  • Support inventory management, asset tracking, and future manufacturing-style workflows

User Enablement & Adoption

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite and related systems

  • Provide hands-on training, onboarding, and ongoing user support

  • Drive system adoption and best practices across the organization

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external NetSuite partners or managed service providers

  • Ensure vendor work aligns with business priorities, timelines, and technical standards

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
