Job Summary

The Sr Partnerships Data Analyst supports the Global Partnerships team by transforming internal data into actionable insights that strengthen partnership strategy, drive revenue growth, and support renewals. Reporting to the VP of Integrated Marketing & Strategy, this role evaluates partnership performance and audience data to inform proposals, optimize activations, and demonstrate ROI across AEG Presents' portfolio of venues, festivals, tours, and events.

Essential Functions




  • Analyze internal data sources to evaluate performance, audience behavior, concessions, and digital/social reach in order to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support partnership teams by delivering real-time insights, reporting, and data-driven recommendations that inform active deals and partner decision-making.
  • Aggregate and synthesize multi-platform data to measure KPI progress, assess partner performance, and evaluate campaign effectiveness across events and properties.
  • Produce recurring performance and insights reports that demonstrate return on investment, support valuation discussions, and reinforce partner renewal strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities across events and partnerships by translating data findings into clear recommendations that inform future programs and long-term partnership growth.



Required Qualifications




  • BA/BS Degree (4-year)
  • 4-6 years Of related work experience
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, withthe ability to derive insights from large data sets,exceptional attention to detail,and a desire tocreativelysolve challenging problems.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills,with the ability topresentfindingsfromtechnicalanalysis to non-technicalaudiences
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Abilityto learn quickly andmanage projects independently
  • Proficiency in data science programming languages (Python and/or R)
  • ProficiencyinSQL, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau,PowerBI, YouGov, etc.)
  • Fully capable and proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook, PowerPoint, & Excel, and Canva
  • Music or otherentertainment experiencea plus,as well as apassion for musicand knowledge of brands, festivals and live music industry trends preferred



Payscale:$68,799-$95,000

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
