Participate in resolving complex technical and execution challenges related to electrical scope by applying broad functional knowledge and leveraging internal expertise and established procedures.

Communicate effectively with electrical craft, supervision, project leadership, and stakeholders through clear reporting, planning deliverables, and collaborative engagement.

Assign work and provide technical guidance to personnel supporting electrical workface planning activities, contributing to capability development, performance feedback, and knowledge sharing across the project team.

Qualifications / Skillset
A university degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience gained through progressive responsibility in electrical construction planning or project delivery roles.

Extensive experience supporting electrical construction execution within the energy, chemicals, or resources sectors, preferably within large, complex, multi-disciplinary EPCM project environments.

Strong understanding of electrical construction planning principles, workface planning methodologies, and project management practices aligned with integrated engineering and construction delivery.

Demonstrated ability to manage electrical planning activities for small to moderately complex projects, making sound independent decisions with consideration for financial, environmental, social, and organizational impact.

Broad functional knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, testing, and commissioning processes, enabling effective participation in resolving complex technical or execution challenges.

Strong communication skills with the ability to inform, influence, and align electrical teams and stakeholders around shared objectives, including safety, sustainability, quality, and schedule certainty.

Proven capability to work with a high degree of autonomy while engaging constructively with leadership for guidance on priorities and strategic alignment.

Strong proficiency with planning systems, digital tools, and field-based processes related to electrical construction, with the ability to support others, troubleshoot issues, and promote consistent application of best practices.
