Key Priorities & Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the recruiting process, including but not limited to creating, posting, and managing job requisitions
- Facilitate a smooth hiring process for both managers and job applicants
- Maintain organization, efficiency, and attention to detail standards
- Draft communications materials, such as job postings and emails to hiring managers and candidates
- Provide administrative and business support to Payroll and Benefits team
- Process onboarding / new hire paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and update employee information
- Address employee inquiries promptly and professionally
- Work collaboratively within the Payroll team and possess the ability to partner with other departments to meet their needs
- Follows policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, and procedures
- Assists with identifying and resolving issues affecting recruitment
- Works to resolve issues with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or two years of directly related experience
- Previous experience in recruiting, payroll, or related area
- Preferred systems experience: ADP Workforce Now and/or Paycom
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Can exercise problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Perceptive listening skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Resilience in the face of unexpected challenges and setbacks
- Self-starter and the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Familiarity with relevant employment and / or payroll laws
- Has the ability to liaise with different departments and multiple business disciplines

- Status: Full-time / Non-Exempt
- Salary: $29 - $32 per hour

Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
