Asset Management Specialist This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA or Culver City, CA, with the option to extend after the initial term. Summary The Creative Infrastructure team within a Product, Design, and Marketing organization is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support and evolve enterprise-level creative asset workflows. This role sits at the intersection of creative, product, and engineering teams, ensuring digital assets are organized, accessible, and scalable across multiple platforms and business needs. Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for translating creative and design team requirements into scalable asset management solutions. You'll partner closely with product and engineering stakeholders to support feature development, prioritize enhancements, and resolve system issues. This includes establishing file and folder taxonomies, configuring workflows within asset management platforms, supporting system integrations, and conducting user acceptance testing. You will also assist with data migration, permissions models, and ongoing platform optimization, while creating documentation and leading training sessions to support adoption and long-term success.
