The Director, Enterprise Technology Governance is a executive responsible for defining, implementing, and sustaining the enterprise technology governance framework. This role ensures that all technology investments, policies, and operations align with business strategy, comply with regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable value. Serving as both a strategic advisor and enterprise governance leader, the Director oversees IT general controls, EIT regulatory compliance, risk compliance management, and the Business Relationship Management (BRM) function. The position bridges business strategy and technology execution, ensuring that all initiatives are strategic, secure, fiscally responsible, and transparent. The Director, Enterprise Technology Governance ensures that all technology initiatives are strategically aligned, risk-aware, and accountable. This role safeguards the enterprise's reputation and assets while enabling efficient, transparent decision-making and sustainable innovation. By embedding governance discipline and performance management, the Director strengthens enterprise resilience, compliance posture, and the organization's ability to achieve its long-term vision in accordance with established enterprise and technology strategies. Governance Framework & Strategy Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Extensive years of progressive IT leadership experience, with strong exposure to governance, compliance, or risk management functions.
Proven track record of developing and leading enterprise-level governance and control frameworks.
Deep knowledge of ITGC, audit, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO).
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
Certifications such as CGEIT, CRISC, CISA, ITIL, or PMP are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications
