Procurement Manager - Indirect Spend America

Procurement Manager - Indirect Spend America

The Procurement Manager - Indirect Spend America provides leadership for marketing procurement across North America. This role manages high-value marketing spend, leads strategic sourcing initiatives, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute procurement strategies across marketing spend categories



  • Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for high-value initiatives



  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations



  • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities



  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs



  • Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and legal standards



  • Lead procurement projects and present results to senior leadership





More about you:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field



  • 8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in marketing procurement



  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills



  • Experience managing large, complex spend portfolios



  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams



  • Proficient with SAP, P2P systems, and Microsoft Office





A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $117K to $145K . This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
