The Team Leader interacts with the supervisors, and team members as necessary. The Team leaders will be involved with and assess requirements, developmental plans, provide needed materials and direction for the purpose of their employee's success of meeting or exceeding our internal and external customer expectations.Job Description: The 2nd Team Lead - Forge is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the forge department during the second shift, ensuring production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of forge operators and technicians, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
